FIELD TRAINING PRACTICE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED
First-year students of the educational programs 6B07301 鈥� 芦Geodesy and Cartography禄 and 6B07302 鈥� 芦Geoinformatics禄 of the Department of Cartography and Geoinformatics, Faculty of Geography and Environmental Sciences, 91传媒 Kazakh National University, successfully completed their field training practice.
The practice was supervised by PhD, Senior Lecturer Z.K. Sarsembekova, who guided students in effectively integrating theoretical knowledge with practical experience. During the field practice, students had the opportunity to apply the knowledge acquired during their first year of study in conditions closely resembling real professional activities.
The participants improved their skills in operating modern geodetic instruments, carried out field measurements, conducted observations, and gained hands-on experience in geodetic surveying methods. In addition, they processed and analyzed collected data, acquiring valuable experience necessary for their future professional careers.
The field training practice not only increased students鈥� interest in their chosen specialties but also contributed to the development of professional competencies, responsibility, and accuracy. As a result, the students strengthened their theoretical knowledge in the fields of geodesy and geoinformatics and gained valuable practical experience essential for their future professional growth.
