Faculty Council Meeting Held at the Higher School of Economics and Business
The Higher School of Economics and Business held a meeting of the Faculty Council, during which the results of the 2025鈥�2026 academic year were reviewed and the strategic priorities for the upcoming academic year were identified.
During the meeting, the performance of the faculty, departments, and academic staff against the established key performance indicators was evaluated. The participants analyzed the achievements of the academic year and outlined the main directions for further development. Particular attention was paid to improving the performance rankings of academic staff and departments, increasing publication activity in scientific journals recommended by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and indexed in international databases, strengthening research activities, and expanding international cooperation.
As part of the meeting, by the decision of the Editorial Board of the Bulletin. Economics Series, a scientific journal included in the List of Scientific Publications recommended by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, several faculty members were awarded Letters of Appreciation signed by M.K. Ibraimov, Member of the Management Board 鈥� Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation, in recognition of their outstanding professionalism, dedicated service, and significant contribution to the peer review of scientific manuscripts.
