International Recognition: PhD Programme in Ecology Successfully Accredited by ACQUIN
The Doctoral Educational Programme "8D05207 鈥� Ecology" of the Faculty of Geography and Environmental Sciences at 91传媒 Kazakh National University has successfully passed international accreditation by the European ACQUIN (Accreditation, Certification and Quality Assurance Institute) and has been awarded a Quality Certificate confirming that the programme complies with international standards of higher education. According to the certificate, the accreditation is valid until 30 September 2034.
Receiving international accreditation is a recognition of the high quality of doctoral training, the excellence of the educational process, the strong research performance, and the effective work of the department's academic staff.
International accreditation opens up new opportunities for the further development of the educational programme, including: enhancing the international recognition of degrees and the quality of graduate training; strengthening the University's academic reputation at the international level; expanding cooperation with foreign universities and research institutions; developing academic mobility programmes for doctoral students and faculty members; increasing opportunities for participation in international research projects and grant programmes; improving the competitiveness of graduates in both the national and international labour markets.
