Call for Speakers: MSPA Asia Pacific 21st Annual Conference
The MSPA Asia Pacific 21st Annual Conference will take place in Almaty, Kazakhstan, on 16–18 November 2026 – the first time the conference is held in Central Asia. The organisers have opened a call for speakers and welcome proposals from academics and practitioners.
The MSPA (Mystery Shopping Professionals Association) is the only professional trade association representing the Mystery Shopping industry. Founded in 1998, it operates on a regional basis worldwide with chapters located in the Asia Pacific, Americas, and Europe, Africa. Its diverse membership of over 400 includes marketing research and merchandising companies, private investigation firms, training organizations, and companies that specialize in providing mystery shopping services. Its Asia Pacific chapter holds an annual conference that brings together industry leaders, practitioners, and academics.
This year's theme is “Insight to Foresight: Becoming Experience Intelligence Partners in a Hyper-Personalized World.” While the conference focuses on customer experience, the programme also explores related disciplines, including consumer behaviour, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, service quality, marketing, psychology, and behavioural sciences. Researchers whose work contributes to a broader understanding of customer and human experience are warmly invited to take part.
How to apply. Speaker proposals and enquiries can be sent to Anu Mehta at mspa-ap@mysteryshop.org.
