By the decision of the Committee for Control of Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 91��ý KazNU has been issued new licenses for academic programs for following specialties: 5В061100 - Physics and Astronomy, 6М061100 - Physics and Astronomy, 6D061100 - Physics and Astronomy, 6D073400 - The Chemical Technology of Explosives and Pyrotechnical Produce, 6D073900 – Petrochemistry, 6D074600 - the space technics and technology.

Also by the decision of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan the license has been issued to manage Activities related to the precursors (Destruction, Storage, Use, Acquisition).
