On November 16, 2023, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed a law on the allocation of money to children from the National Fund. The issue addressed in the document began to be implemented from January 1, 2024. That is, 50 percent of the investment income received into the National Fund is transferred to the accounts of children under the age of 18. Representatives of 91��ý Kazakh National University, along with representatives of "Otbasy Bank," conducted explanatory work with students who turned 18 this year, regarding the purposes for which they can use these funds. Interested students were also offered deposit accounts and provided with consultations by bank representatives.
