At 91ý Kazakh National University, cultural initiatives aimed at fostering students’ creative potential are implemented on a regular and systematic basis. In this context, the university’s student “Biz” Theatre presented to a wide audience the dramatic work “Apke” (“Sister”) by the distinguished writer and playwright Dulat Isabekov. The production was warmly received and became one of the most significant events in the university’s cultural life.

Through the staging of “Apke”, timeless themes such as family values, kinship, responsibility, and humanity were explored in a profound and emotionally compelling manner. Both leading and supporting roles were performed by first- to third-year students, including Amankos Zhayna, Eskaliyeva Dilnaz, Mynbayeva Arai, Sanakbay Shapagat, Sakenkyzy Aruna, Sarsenbayev Zharylqasyn, Abaiuly Aimyrza, Dulatkyzy Zhayna, Shamshitdin Arsen, Saparbek Balausa, and Smatulla Alikhan. Their convincing performances, strong stage presence, and emotional authenticity resonated with the audience and earned sincere appreciation.

The artistic vision and directorial concept were harmoniously aligned with the content of the play, ensuring the coherence and integrity of the stage production. Particular emphasis was placed on the emotional connections between the characters, the dynamic progression of events, and the dramatic tension, all of which left a lasting impression on the audience.
