On March 27, third-year students of the educational program “6B02305 – Kazakh Philology” took part in an event organized within the framework of the “Sustainable Development Goals” and attended a musical evening. During the event, students listened to both traditional and modern songs, comparing their meanings and underlying messages. The event was organized by course instructor K. Kurkebayev and graduate trainee N. Kozhagul.

The main objective of the event was to promote spiritual and moral values among young people and to foster cultural continuity through national music. While listening to the songs, students paid attention to their ideological content, linguistic features, and educational value, and also became acquainted with the work of young performers.

At the end of the evening, based on the key principles of the “Sustainable Development Goals,” students engaged in a broad discussion on the characteristics of traditional and modern songs.
