Integration of Theory and Practice: Modern Mechanisms for Managing Pedagogical Systems
A significant scientific and methodological event took place within the framework of the pedagogical internship at the Department of Pedagogy and Educational Management. An open lecture was held for 2nd-year Master's students of the educational program "7M01802 – Social Pedagogy and Self-Knowledge" on the discipline "Social Management in the Education System."
The lecture topic was "Management in Education: Theory and Technology of Pedagogical Systems Management." The event was conducted in a hybrid format (offline and via the ZOOM platform), demonstrating the effectiveness of modern educational technologies. The purpose of the lecture was to provide Master's students with an in-depth explanation of the theoretical foundations of management and the mastery of modern management technologies.
The event focused on implementing priorities within the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Firstly, within the framework of SDG 4 (Quality Education), issues of improving the professional training of future specialists and introducing educational system management methods were considered. Furthermore, under SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure), particular emphasis was placed on the use of innovative management technologies in the learning process and the development of hybrid infrastructure. Within the priority of SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals), the strengthening of interaction mechanisms between various social groups and institutions was envisioned for the effective management of pedagogical systems.
The open lecture was conducted by PhD student A.E. Ismayilova (8D01802 – Social Pedagogy) as part of her pedagogical internship. The course instructor is Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences (PhD) A.M. Kudaybergenova.
