At this prestigious event, held at the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Karlygash Rakhimzhanovna Useynova, Head of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, Candidate of Law, and Associate Professor, was awarded the prestigious award.
