28.04.2026 at student law clinic a legal consultation regarding the legal status of a land plot lost as a result of a man-made emergency, as well as issues related to the restoration of rights to the land plot and obtaining compensation, was conducted by Professor Aigarinova G.T. of the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law.
During the consultation, the following aspects were considered:
* legal grounds for the allocation of land plots in gardening associations;
* specifics of state registration of rights to real estate;
* legal consequences of the absence of information about the land plot in state information systems;
* mechanisms for restoring lost rights to a land plot;
* procedure for obtaining compensation or providing an equivalent land plot due to loss of property as a result of an emergency.
Following the consultation, recommendations were provided on applying to authorized state bodies, restoring title documents, and the possible protection of rights through judicial proceedings.
