Laureates of international and national-level competitions and festivals, prize-winners and winners of sports competitions, as well as citizens who have contributed to the development of society as a whole, may be nominated for the State Award.

The competition is held in 10 categories: “Literature”; “Science”, “Design and Visual Arts”, “J�dzܰ��Բ���������”, “Classical Music”, “Public Service”, ��ٱ�ǰ��ٲ�”, “Theatre and Cinema”, “Pop Art”, “Folk Art”.

List of documents required from candidates in paper and electronic formats:

1. a copy of the candidate’s identity document;

2. a registration application for the “Daryn” State Youth Award, completed in accordance with the form provided in the annex to these Rules;

3. a letter of nomination and a certificate describing the applicant’s achievements for the award;

4. copies of award diplomas, certificates of merit, letters of appreciation (if available);

5. copies of articles, publications by the candidate or publications about the candidate (if available);

6. a copy of a certificate confirming the existence of a bank account;

7. materials confirming the candidate’s achievements (if available).

University faculties must submit the documents of candidates recommended for participation in the competition in paper form to the Department of Science and Innovation Activities (Rectorate Building, Room 10-03) no later than August 4, 2026.

Documents for participation in the competition will be accepted from June 17 to September 17, 2026 (inclusive).
