SDG 15 environmental campaign “Clean Environment – Healthy Generation"

As part of the environmental campaign SDG 15 “Clean Environment – Healthy Generation,” flower planting activities were organized to maintain cleanliness in the dormitory and to promote students’ environmental awareness and ecological culture.

This initiative was carried out at the suggestion of the Senior Curator of the Department of Information Systems, Kazhybek Aigerim Maratkyzy. The main objective of the activity was to preserve cleanliness within the dormitory, tidy up common areas, and raise students’ awareness of the importance of a clean environment. A clean and well-maintained space is the foundation of good health and a positive mood.

Residents of the dormitory actively participated in the community clean-up, conducting cleaning work in common areas and living rooms. Waste was collected, and the territory was put in order. In addition, planting flowers—though a small act—represents a meaningful step toward environmental protection. Through such initiatives, we contribute to maintaining environmental cleanliness and creating a greener and more beautiful environment for future generations.

During the clean-up, flowers were planted as part of the dormitory improvement efforts. They were placed in corridors and common areas, adding warmth and comfort to the living space. Green plants not only purify the air but also enhance mood and create a welcoming atmosphere.
